Delicious Healthy Snacks and Healthy Snack Recipes

Finding healthy snack recipes for yourself and your family can be a challenge. A small yogurt with fruit has the equivalent of 6 teaspoons of sugar!

Most people don't realize that granola bars are also extremely high in sugar. And highly processed foods such as Goldfish crackers and processed cheese have no nutritional value, as well as being loaded with hidden sugars and chemical additives and preservatives.

If you tend to reach for sweet snacks, the high-protein snacks found here will help curb your sweet cravings. Protein is the building block of the whole body.
