Body Typology Payment & Refund Policy

Payments & Commitments

By enrolling in a Body Typology program, you are making a commitment to yourself and to the work. All payments — including deposits, pay-in-full, and installment payments — are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once you enroll, you are responsible for the full investment, even if you choose to discontinue participation, miss sessions, or do not complete the program for any reason.

This protects the integrity of the program, the energy of our work together, and the reserved space that could not be offered to someone else once you enrolled.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to have your card charged automatically on the agreed-upon schedule. Payment plans are not a subscription that can be cancelled — they are a legal agreement to pay the full program fee over time.

Missed or failed payments will result in paused access until payments are reinstated. Repeated missed payments may result in removal from the program without release from your financial commitment

Rescheduling & Attendance

Your sessions are a priority, and your time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of this work, the preparation, and the limited number of clients I accept, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to): schedule conflicts, changes of mind, personal situations, failure to attend, or lack of participation.

This policy is not personal — it is a standard professional boundary that honors the value of the work, the space held for you, and the integrity of both parties.
