Natural Health, Issue #012 -- Best Weight Loss Plan
December 24, 2011
Hello,

What's Wrong With
Reducing Calories?

Is reducing calories the best weight loss plan?

With a reduced calorie diet you will lose weight fast, so you’ll be very happy...

However... the fact is, that you’ll gain the weight right back. Here’s why:

Fat is your energy reserve. Your body does everything to maintain it’s fat reserves when weight loss is too fast. Your body slows down its metabolism because it thinks starvation is just around the corner! Exactly the same thing happens when you skip a meal. Your body's storing more fat. It will do whatever it can to not burn energy. You get tired more easily, all processes are slowed, and fewer calories are burned. Your reflexes will be slower and you’ll feel bloated. These are typical symptoms of people who reduce calories and do not eat enough; they are more nervous but slowed down. The end result, metabolism slows down very long term.

When the diet is finished and you start to eat normally, (or eat more because you’ve been starving yourself) your body and metabolism are still slowed down. More weight is gained as your body hurries to build up it’s fat reserves again. The more reduced calorie diets you go on the harder it is to lose weight. This kind of dieting stresses your body and slows your metabolism, sometimes for years.

The Best Weight Loss Plan

What’s the best of the natural weight loss remedies? A personalized healthy eating plan for your specific body type, metabolism, energy, and lifestyle. One that you can follow long term.

For months I have been hard at work writing an e-book about how to determine your own body type and follow the best healthy eating plan for you. It should be complete in a few more months. This is the same method I use to help my clients achieve optimal health, increase energy, reduce cravings, feel more balanced and lose weight if desired. Using the right plan for his metabolic / energy type, Mark has lost 33 pounds in 12 weeks. He is well on his way to achieving his goal of losing 70 pounds.

This is also what I used to take own my health to an optimal level, increasing my strength and endurance. I went from being one of the slowest women in my cycling club to one of the fastest, so it’s also great for athletes.

I’m very excited to be able to offer this information in a downloadable book. I’ll keep you posted as to when it is available.

For now, no need to count calories this holiday season : )

Happy Holidays and

Wishing You a Healthy, Happy New Year

To your natural health!
