What if I'm not able to attend live?
The summit presentations are pre-recorded and released 6-7 at a time over the course of 3 days. Each day's presentations are available for 24 hours with your free ticket.
If you upgrade to the All Access Pass you'll be able to attend an additional live presentation as well as participate in hot seat coaching on Day 3.
Are the presentations live?
The kick off call on Friday October 4th as well as the presentations about body types and hot seat coaching for body types are live calls.
To avoid tech glitches, give you the best possible experience, and keep things easy for the speakers, the other presentations are pre-recorded and will be released at 7 AM EST each day of the summit.
When is the summit happening?
The official summit dates are October 7th-9th, 2024, but we will have a pre-party kick off on Sunday, October 6th. Here are the important dates:

What if I don't have Facebook?
During the summit, our Facebook group will be the hub for people to connect, and support each other. where attendees can connect, share insights, and support each other. Also, some of our presenters will be answering questions directly in the group, and I will be going live daily with updates highlights and prize giveaways.
Options could be to create a temporary Facebook profile, or simply follow along with the emails and watching the summit presentations.
How do I know whether this summit is right for me?
If you're curious about navigating the challenges of perimenopause or menopause this event is for you! We will be specifically focussing on proactively managing your health during menopause and beyond, but anyone else who wants to get started with healthy eating and healthy lifestyle is welcome to join us.
Will all the speakers get my email address
No. When you register you'll be added to the Bodytypology email list so we can send you updates for the event and links to each day's presentations. After the summit is over, you'll continue to hear from us, but you can unsubscribe at any time.
Each of the speakers will have free resources available that you can access by providing an email address, but the speakers will not get your email address unless you choose to give it to them specifically. That way, you only hear from the people you really love and don't have to worry about getting added to 20+ email list that you're not interested in.
