For instance, here's how it works...
Someone who is kind of slow in the morning might do best with a very small breakfast, as that is when their metabolism is slowest. Often, they are not even that hungry in the morning. Dinner would be the main meal of the day as that is when their metabolism is highest and when they are most likely to burn off their meal. Sometimes, if they eat a big breakfast, for example, bacon and eggs and hashbrowns, that will trigger them to be more hungry all day.
Other types do better with a bigger breakfast. Everyone is different, you are as unique as your own finger print, your wight loss program should reflect that.
When you follow your plan, not only will you lose weight, you will feel better and you will have more energy to do what you love every day.
