Working with my clients since 2006, it became clear that most of them were falling into the same trap over and over and making the same mistakes. I decided that it would be beneficial to put together a super simple easy read, short ebook highlighting these Six Biggest Weight Loss Mistakes so that more women could benefit from this knowledge.
Most come to see me and they think that they are following a pretty healthy diet, they're tried everything and nothing works.
Some of them have tried keto and it worked for a while, but as soon as they started eating any kind of carbs all the weight came right back on again. Or else keto didn't really work for them.

Yes, you got that right. I know, almost everyone is trying to avoid carbs, thinking that if they eat them, they'll gain weight. The opposite is true. It's all about the kind of carbs. When you nourish your body with good carbs you'll feel satisfied a lot longer, so you won't be eating unhealthy snacks in between meals that keep the weight on.

Try healthy grains or carbs, such as quinoa, brown rice, sweet potatoes etc. These are not fattening and they are nutrient dense.
