What are Bach Flower Remedies and how does it aid in calming the anxiety symptoms?

Also, when you suggest a high quality Complex B vitamin and Vitamin B5, is there a brand that sells these capsules in combination with each other and if not, what brands are considered "high quality"? What dose of complex B vitamin do you advise daily? Why should these only be used short term for anxiety?

Thanks again, I very much appreciate the feedback.

Bach Flower Remedies are flower essences created by Dr. Edward Bach. He saw a need to treat the emotional side of illness rather than treating the symptoms with medication. He devoted his life to researching different flower essences and how they helped balance emotions such as fear, depression and anxiety naturally.

You can buy them in a natural health food store. Sweet chestnut is good for anxiety, Mimilus for a known fear, Aspen for a fear of unknown origin and there are many others.

I use Nature's Sunshine products as their vitamins and supplements are far superior to any other company I researched and they are very reasonably priced. I can be guaranteed to achieve the results I need for my clients. Please contact me and I can tell you how to receive 20% off the retail price.

A complex B vitamin contains regular amounts of the B vitamins, B1,2,3,5,6,7,9 and 12. You can take one a day long term I have been taking one for a few years.

For anxiety, B5 can be taken at high doses, up to 3 (250 mg) - 3 times per day as needed. You can start with 2, 3 times per day and see how you feel, add more if you think you need to. I would take this amount for 2 weeks then reduce gradually and see how you feel.

I meant that the high dose (of B5) would be short term such as to help someone headed for burnout. If the anxiety persists you need to work on the cause of the anxiety and alleviate it.
