Delicious Healthy Snacks and Healthy Snack Recipes

Finding healthy snack recipes for yourself and your family can be a challenge. A small yogurt with fruit has the equivalent of 6 teaspoons of sugar! A granola bar is also very high in sugar, and highly processed foods such as Goldfish crackers and processed cheese have no nutritional value.

If you tend to reach for sweet snacks, the high-protein snacks found here will help curb your sweet cravings. Protein is the building block of the whole body.
